Carla Almaguer is an operations and strategy professional with over ten years of experience in sectors ranging from renewable energy to digital health. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at MiMIAT Health, where she supports operational growth and helps build the internal systems that make patient-centered healthcare more accessible across regions.
Her early career focused on planning and logistics at Schneider Electric, followed by several years leading customer success, strategic development, and commercial operations at a European cleantech company. In these roles, she worked across teams to improve onboarding processes, scale customer-facing operations, and lead cross-functional coordination during major transition phases.
