Growing up in Berlin with a deep love for nature, Oliver’s journey has taken him across six countries, multiple industries, and through his own mental health challenges — all of which fuel his commitment to reconnecting people with the natural world.
As founder of Wildya, Oliver equips individuals and businesses with practical tools, action communities, and conversation starters to tackle the biodiversity crisis. With Wild Business Mates, he helps biodiversity heroes double their impact, access funding, and build scalable, nature-positive ventures.
Oliver also serves as Head of International Growth at Mission to Marsh, scaling wetland protection efforts beyond Germany, and contributes as a co-author of The Customer is the Planet to empower changemakers with practical sustainability knowledge.
