Magdalena Krenek is a startup operator and mobility strategist with 8+ years of experience scaling fast-paced, operations-heavy ventures across Europe. She’s held key leadership roles at companies like Voi Technology, Tier Mobility, and Foodora, where she built and led cross-functional teams through market launches, international expansion, and operational transformation.
Magdalena’s work sits at the intersection of execution and innovation—bringing structure, speed, and clarity to early-stage environments. As General Manager Italy at Voi and Country Manager at Tier, she played a central role in introducing shared micromobility to major Italian cities, navigating both regulatory complexity and urban infrastructure challenges.
Beyond the mobility space, Magdalena is an active supporter of the startup ecosystem. As a Techstars mentor since 2020, she helps founders sharpen their go-to-market strategies and grow resilient teams. In 2024, she joined Antler as an Entrepreneur in Residence, working hands-on with aspiring founders to build ventures from scratch.
