About:
Andrea Ocarina Pérez is a Venezuelan-American founder and regenerative thinker working at the intersection of community, technology, and ecological restoration. With over a decade of experience leading cross-cultural programs, she designs inclusive systems that reconnect people to purpose—whether in refugee resettlement, ethical branding, or rural land restoration.
Andrea is the founder of Salvaged Worlds, a living blueprint for regenerative living in Spain, where she’s transforming a 200-year-old ruin into an eco-sanctuary through permaculture, local collaboration, and slow restoration. She’s also the co-founder of The Ethical Brand Studio, where she supports values-aligned brands with systems, strategy, and storytelling.
Previously, Andrea launched Refugees Code, securing EU funding to teach tech skills to displaced communities, and scaled educational programs like Mimo Bootcamp, mentoring hundreds of learners across 15+ countries. She also hosts the AI Más Podcast, which centers BIPOC, neurodivergent, and queer voices in tech.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Andrea brings a rare blend of empathy, execution, and vision. Her work is rooted in one belief: when the right people come together, even broken systems can begin to heal.
