About:

Erika W. brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to global challenges, combining legal expertise, architectural vision, and urban planning strategy. Holding a Master’s in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasília, along with a dual Master’s in Law and Economics from the Universities of Hamburg and Aix-Marseille, she has dedicated her career to designing and implementing solutions that reconcile environmental, social, and economic priorities.

Her work spans more than 20 years in policy development, project design, and international cooperation. Erika served as Head of the UN-Habitat office in Angola, directed academic affairs at the Instituto de Direito Urbanístico de Brasília, and acted as a consultant for organizations including the World Bank, USAID, GEF, European Union, UNICEF, and Itaú-Unibanco. Her portfolio covers sustainable urban regeneration, SDG and 2030 Agenda implementation, stakeholder engagement, compliance frameworks, and innovation in governance systems.

Fluent in the languages of law, design, and diplomacy, Erika has worked across Brazil, Europe, and Africa to protect assets, preserve cultural and environmental heritage, and foster equitable, sustainable growth.
