Norman Hiob is an entrepreneur, consultant, and facilitator specializing in business model innovation, product validation, and strategic adaptation in rapidly changing markets. His experience spans climate tech, food innovation, AI-driven product development, and organizational strategy, with a strong focus on helping teams move from uncertainty to clarity through structured experimentation.
He co-founded hei, a smart protein startup developed in partnership with the German Institute for Food Technology, where he led the venture from R&D to securing IP partnerships and EU regulatory compliance. As DACH Country Lead for The School for Moral Ambition, he grew a community from zero to over 1,900 members in six months, designing onboarding experiments that doubled NPS scores and decentralized event programming to scale volunteer-led initiatives.
In his consulting practice, Norman has advised startups, corporates, and NGOs on growth strategy, product-market fit, and go-to-market execution — from guiding an AI-driven eHealth tool to securing funding, to aligning cross-functional teams in billion-dollar organizations.
