Oliver Bolton is an entrepreneur and climate innovator dedicated to reversing climate breakdown through high-impact, nature-based solutions. As CEO and Co-Founder of Earthly, he leads an award-winning platform that helps businesses invest in the world’s top 5% scoring nature projects—rigorously evaluated across carbon, biodiversity, and social impact. With the bold target of protecting and regenerating more than 1% of the planet by 2030, Earthly works with over 700 companies, including Deloitte, S&P Global, and Activision, and has been recognised with global honours such as the COP27 ClimaTech Prize and the World Economic Forum UpLink NatureTech Prize.

He is also a B Lab UK Ambassador, mentoring purpose-led brands through the B Corp certification process.
Before Earthly, Oliver founded Waterbomb, Europe’s first B Corp-certified health drinks company and winner of Sir Richard Branson’s $3M Virgin VOOM award, as well as personalised nutrition platform Vitl.com.
Involvement:
Earthly
Earthly helps businesses support high-quality nature-based projects that remove carbon, restore biodiversity and improve livelihoods.
This is done through biodiversity and carbon credits, tree planting, automated nature contributions, or investing in early-stage project origination.
