About:
Julia Roblick is an impact investor and systems thinker at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and finance. As part of better ventures, she works with purpose-driven founders building transformative companies in energy, food, and climate tech—supporting them with capital, strategic guidance, and operational know-how.
Julia brings deep experience from across the impact startup ecosystem: from leading venture programs and accelerators to co-founding an ESG reporting startup. Her expertise spans sustainable finance, legal structuring, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy—bridging the gap between visionary ideas and real-world execution.
With academic roots in law and economics (WWU) and a Master’s in Impact Investing and Social Entrepreneurship (Nova SBE), Julia combines analytical rigor with a strong values-driven approach. Her work is grounded in the belief that venture capital must shift from gatekeeping to “gardening” — nurturing regenerative models that restore ecosystems, empower communities, and reimagine business as a force for systemic good.
She is also active as a mentor and community builder across Europe’s early-stage scene, committed to building the infrastructure and networks needed for a just and resilient future.
