With over two decades of experience and responsibility for more than €250 million in contracts, João has supported over 400 clients in recruiting the right international specialists, particularly in IT and healthcare, by combining traditional methods with innovative approaches.
At changelis, João leads global educational initiatives, including the founding of the World School—a unique educational model offering university-level knowledge online and onsite, empowering students worldwide to develop sustainable businesses and social projects. The organization also focuses on building self-sufficient communities by promoting sustainable practices in food, water, and energy, collaborating closely with local leaders to foster innovation and growth.
João’s work extends to entrepreneurship coaching and corporate social responsibility (CSR), helping individuals and companies align their goals with value-based strategies that create real impact. Additionally, changelis supports social and educational projects through ARKIBO, a sustainable coffee brand that funds community development initiatives globally.
